Pastor Biju George & Family
Senior Pastor
Pastor Biju George is a servant of God with over 25 years of ministry experience, marked by a strong prophetic calling and a deep burden for souls. He is the founding pastor of Peniel Pentecostal Assembly, Edmonton, where he faithfully ministers alongside his wife and children, nurturing the church family with love, prayer, and biblical teaching.
Born and rooted in Kerala, India, Pastor Biju began his ministry as a traveling evangelist, proclaiming the Gospel across India and in several nations around the world. These early years shaped his global vision and passion for revival. For the past 15 years, he has served devotedly as a church pastor in Canada, leading God’s people with humility, faith, and spiritual discernment.
His greatest passion is reaching the perishing and pointing lives to Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. Through preaching, prophetic ministry, and pastoral care, he continues to equip believers and impact communities for the glory of God.

Associate Pastor
Pastor Timothy Sivagnanam
Pastor Timothy Sivagnanam has served as an associate pastor at Peniel Pentecostal Assembly since 2019. With over twenty-three years of experience as a local church pastor, he has previously led congregations in Canada, the United States and Caribbean. He is deeply committed to the calling of the church to bring transformation to the world through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Timothy earned his Diploma in Theology from Word of God Ministries and is a Provincial Licensed Minister with Evangelical Missionary Church of Canada. He has also earned a Basic Co-vocational Certificate from Briercrest Seminary on Pastoral Theology and Church Leadership. His heart is to see Peniel Pentecostal Assembly grow as a Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, and mission-focused church firmly rooted in the word of God and prayer.
He is married to Deborah, and together they are joyfully embracing the adventure of raising their young children—Jonathan, Johanna, and Jerusha. Pastor Timothy has a passion for engaging the younger generation through meaningful and challenging conversations, with the desire to lead them to Christ.
